[Help] Jersey's region and normal .DDS

Hi guys.
I need to create jersey and shorts region and normal .dds files to my modded uniforms, but i'm clueless...
When i open the original region .dds i got something like this:


and normal .dds like this:


When i use the original normal and region .dds files in my modded uniforms, i can see distortions on textures in game.
How can create my own normal and region dds files?

I have a template for Jerseys and Shorts, it includes the Region and Normal inside of it. Just save the region by itself as the all pink texture. Then also save the Normal by itself. Theres a normal for both Jersey and Shorts. I used the same normal and region on all my jerseys.
