Mod Installation Help

I'm trying to install this mod https://www.facebook.com/EnterTheV01D/p ... =3&theater

and some other mods like it but I honestly don't know where to start, the files are named facexxxxx.if and pngxxxxx.if

I've followed this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YwHa2_EYdIw&t=179s) so I have all of the files from that video installed and ready to go, just unsure what my next steps would be to get lamelo into the game (for whatever reason limino trainer doesn't work on my computer for 2k19).

My issue now is that the Mod looks fine in the main menu with the Rosters, but when I go to play a game this happens.



and this is how it looks in the menu, does anybody have any idea why this happens?
