Go to settings in the game and find Sound Effects Volume
Use cheat engine to search for this value.
If 65 search for 0.65 with Float as the Value Type and click New Scan

Now go back to the game and change that value, for example to 85 then search for 0.85 by clicking Next Scan

Great so 3 possible found but they all have the same number value
But this tutorial is about a language setting not about some volume number
Well the language setting is the next setting after this float value so what we really want to look at is the value +4 from each of these results
What I did here was double click each result to add them down to the table. After that add an entry with address +4 and drag it over top so that it indents underneath one of the results that was clicked down
Do this for all 3 so you can compare and watch for what happens.
This picture shows my ingame setting is English and for possible results I see:
1
1050253718
0

So go back to the game and change the setting so now it is Spanish in this picture:

Now look what happened to our numbers
0 [1 changed to a 0] *
1050253718 [No Change]
0 [No Change]
* There is your commentary language setting (In these pictures for example the address is: 7FF5EB33FCE8)
Now what happens when you change that value to 2 in cheat engine?

You get Chinese to show as Commentary Language in the game
Woah so any other languages?
Nope. You've got:
0:Spanish
1:English
2:Chinese
This is what it looks like in the exe:

How did I know it was the next setting after sound effects volume?
Well I could find it by changing the language and searching with CE or just watching the memory region for any changes when I mess with settings but since I already looked through the exe is says the order right in there

In this last picture you might notice "PreferredCommentaryLanguage" you can change that also by adding an entry +4 from the entry you added or add an entry +8 from float value result (sound effect vol float value)
I'm not exactly sure what difference the setting "PreferredCommentaryLanguage" would have but if you have any problems then check and see if that is set to what you want it to be
