Extract the rdat. file from his PNG. Open and edit the rdat file with notepad ++, scroll to the bottom where it say has hair and change the answer to false. Place the rdat file back in his PNG and copy the png to the modded folder. If you don't know how to do any of the things I said do then you need to go back into the 2K18 Modding section and go into the tutorial section and READ and Watch the videos.

Excellent explanation and I agree on your conclusion.

Too many people stumble around here helpless and want things handed to them. It is a benefit to the whole community if you learn to do these things (teach a man to fish...etc...etc...). I learned how to mod form 2k18 tutorials and I promise there is nothing holding you back beyond your own laziness. The tools are free and people are more willing to help when you're willing to meet them halfway and put in an effort.
