How do I import created .iff

I haven't made my modded folder. It's been too long, but how do I import custom made .iff for players?

1) Do just make a new folder called "modded"?
2) Do I need a file importer as well? Where is it if I do?

Anything else I need? I just cant remember

Doh!

Thanks. I forgot about that. It was the other files that need copied in, not just the modded folder. I new I had to "do something" just couldn't remember!
