Cheat engine

Hi everybody!
i have a problem with cheat engine. I run the game, then open cheat engine 6.8 or 7.1 and drag the files NBA2K19[Oct1](allinone) finally open edit player but i can`t open/see the values...is block when try open.
i have the original game and try whit steam connect and without internet
How i solve this problem?
