Any fully updated rosters on PC for 2K19?

I usually wait for Shuajota to release a roster but he said he would release a third and final one all the way back in July and still hasn't and says every week that he'll release on the weekend but still hasn't.

But anyways looking for one that's up to date with roster, gear, jersey number etc!
