It's for PlayStation 4. Unfortunately rosters can't be shared between platforms.

While I don't have 2k for the PS4, I have been loving the work you're doing here. Obviously, rosters are not cross platform but since you have a local copy stored on your console, would you even be able to throw that on a flash drive like we could on last gen? I'm not sure how that works these days.

In a perfect world we'd be able to reverse engineer the roster file and make it multi-platform ourselves.
