Why doesn't my modded Kobe show up?

So I've tried editing some aspects of Afro Kobe to test in game and the changes transferred over, but when I edit the other Kobe nothing seems to transfer?
If someone wants to try my files and help me let me know.

0195 is old Kobe.
I believe afro Kobe is 2061 and short hair Kobe is 8607
