Cyberface Help!

I am trying to edit a cyberface from 2k but when I import the face's texture it only shows pink? Can anyone help?

It’s likely because of the format. Blender doesn’t support some of the newer dds formats such as BC7. Try doing a lower one like BC3 (DXT5).

I just converted it to a png, then used it and when I’ve updated the texture I change it back to a dds
