Joe Harris missing

Downloaded a Joe Harris face, went in game to edit player to see if it was there, a small basketball in the lower right corner of screen keeps spinning, and the face doesn't show up. Can someone help a brother out, and tell me what went wrong?

Tried to send you the file face4163.iff and png4163.iff, says file extension.iff is not allowed to be sent. What next? Torogi (RKJ) made the face.
