Transfer sliders question

I'm new to NBA 2K19 but have been playing and modding up to NBA 2K14. So I'm a semi noob. My question is. I have a set of gameplay sliders, is it possible to copy the "settings" file in the saves folder so I can share these sliders with a friend? I know this was possible before 2K15. Otherwise I'll have to use the old fashioned paper and pencil method.

you can publish your sliders on 2KShare, then your friend can download your settings

Either 2kshare or copy and send him your 2k remote folder (specifically the sliders should be in either the settings file or userdata)
