New Blacktop Court and Team Jerseys

I was wondering if its possible to make a daytime blacktop court to show off better lighting and also the original team jersey's instead of the lame t-shirts they make us wear in nba2k19. I took a screenshot of what i am talking about from my nba 2k15:

This court is created as a mod for NBA 2K19,but there are no jerseys it's just the shirts.

But,the lightning is kinda screwed so the players look like they are in a shadow.
