could anyone upload that "jersey files" for "waigua" folder? is it possible ?

I'm also interested in this. 2K really set this up badly by tying jerseys to rosters. So modes that were started before the release of new jerseys don't get the updates.

A rip of the city files to replace redundant jerseys would be helpful to those who don't know really know their way around modding.

you can add both into an old roster using cheat engine to copy over the data
