How to Edit Stanchions

Hello,

Can someone please help me with the process of editing the basket stanchions? I know that the files can be accessed via 7-zip, but I cant get the baskets to show the edits. Also, how can I edit the basket.SCNE files as well? I appreciate any help that is given.
