is there a way to export myplayer iff files?

i created a player and i cant find his CFID. I wanna export his png,face iff files. Would someone help me ?

Hi, i dont no much about finding the CFID but i use a program called 7-Zip, it extracts .iff files so you can see what is in them and put the file back together with changes if any made by renaming the .zip file back to .iff, been doing myself trying to make jersey mods
