Help with DDS tattoo file for any player

Hi everyone,
I tried to add Kobe custom tattoo i made by photoshop. I attached the file.
But whatever i tried to replace the chest_color. dds file in Kobe png0195.iff using IFF editor, i cant load Kobe ingame, the game just loading forever in edit mode with Kobe.
I did some search in the forum and it all said the chest_color file have to save as DXT1 no Alpha (my dds plugin also said BC1 4bpp).
Can someone please tell me is the dds file ok or i do something wrong in order to replace the tattoo?

Are you renaming it exactly the same as Kobe's chest_color.dds? Open chest_color_o.TXTR with notepad and check if you're renaming the .dds file right.

Yes, i changed the dds file excactly the same as Kobe file which is : chest_color_o.99575506a20c69ba. But it still wont work. I saw many modder add tattoo to the player easilly. i dont know what i did wrong. I think my dds file save in wrong format or something?
