is editing appearance_info.RDAT no longer working in 2k19?

i used to change player body by appearance_info.RDAT in 2k18 ,and now when i change upperarmthick or something else in 2k19 player iff ,and it nothing happen ,anything i mistake?and i saw the protector change but the body didn't changed，anyone know how to changde body in 2k19？

It's working just fine for me. Upper arm thick has nothing to do with the body. Upper arm thick changes how the accessories fit.
