Just want to ask can the mod from 2k18 used in 2k19?

I only know that portrait mods can be used without any conversion.

Court mods can as well. I'm using a modded OKC court from the 2K18 section in 2K19.

So far some of the cyberface files can be used in 2K19: the textures (face and tattoos) and the 3D hair.
