2K19 Hook Tool Reupload?

Hi guys, I asked this in the 2K19 Classic Seasons mod but does anybody have a backup of the 2K19 hook tool to upload? CFIDs with values over 10,000 won't load with the waigua plugin, and the official updates prevent certain modded shoes and dornas from working correctly without the tool
