[Help] How to edit sponsor's logo?

Hi guys, i'm trying to create an alternative Lakers uniform, but i can't figure it out how to edit the sponsor's logo.
I dont know where to find the logo image to edit color and background..
Any tips?
ps. Where i can find a tutorial to edit uniform's font, numbers and colors?

In the 0C archive, uniform_sponsor_logo_lal. It would probably be best to just make the sponsor logo invisible and put the ad on the jersey texture itself.
