Badges for offline mycareer

Hi everyone i wanna play 2k19 mycareer but since the servers shut down i cant do many things but what i really want is getting badges is there a way to get badges with a mod or something?

I believe it is possible to assign them through Cheat Engine, though I'm not familiar with the procedure.
