How good of a GM are you?

Wanna try to prove it?
This post is for anyone that thinks they can run an NBA franchise. Our league is played completely simulated on PC in CPU vs CPU mode. As the GM, you're responsible for setting weekly lineups, including minutes per player, coach profiles and playbooks. In addition, since you are the GM, you will manage trades, salary cap, drafting rookies, and signing free agents. Our league runs a season a year, with injuries mimicking the real NBA. I want to reiterate, there is no actual player vs player or player vs CPU gameplay. All games are simmed and live streamed, so you are only a spectator when they actually take the court.
Do you think you can handle running a team? Can you negotiate salary caps, the CBA, and the draft to take your team to the coveted championship? If you think you have what it takes, let me know.
This league has been running for 20+ years and spots don't open often. Take your skills to the next level and show us how great of a GM you could really be!
