If there is already a dedicated thread for this, please point me out. Thanks!
Anyone else also experiencing this kind of issue? I'm at 60 fps but its not smooth, In game, it feels like there is a stutter but it's hard to explain.. I've monitored it and it is rock solid 60fps, I've also tweaked my NVIDIA control panel but still the same.

No bro, even offline. After a day of dilemma, I found the culprit. If anyone experienced this, just check this(as for my case). Goddamn steam, doesn't make any sense that a controller will cause stutter but what do I know

I've had the same issues going back to release. RX 480 for what it's worth.
It's kept me from playing the game much compared to previous years, it just feels so choppy...

Turn on V-Sync and set refresh rate to 50 or 60

For everyone who's also experiencing the strange micro stutter in offline matches despite constant 60fps and enough hardware power to run the game on Ultra
I finally found the culprit guys
I once more checked switching only one setting at a time in the graphics menu and PLAYER DETAIL is the culprit that causes the MICRO STUTTER for me. Player Detail On medium and all other settings on Ultra the game is buttery smooth (just like online gameplay with everything on Ultra weirdly) but with PLAYER DETAIL ON HIGH the awkward stutter occurs despite constant 60fps. So strange and no other 2K had that
Also tried the game on medium and even LOW with only player detail on HIGH which still makes the micro sutter occur which makes it a fact that the PLAYER DETAIL ON HIGH is broken/buged because the fps remain 60 the same as on medium just like I explained before.
Don't know to be happy or sad because jerseys and shorts don't move on medium

Thats not a clean solution because CODEX version works PERFECT with all settings on ULTRA! It´s a Steam exe or "i dont know" problem!
It´s my last 2K game buying.

How do you mean that Bro? Cause I still have the issue on Player Detail on Ultra also Steam Version also latest 1.07 Patch didn't fix it.
Do you have both versions? U think I should try Codex because it's offline only?

Just a reminder that discussion of the Codex version is against the rules and grounds for a permanent ban. We've been pretty lenient so far when it's been mentioned in regards to trying it alongside the Steam version to compare performance, but if it's getting to the point where it's being advocated for and suggested as a solution, it's gone from dancing the line to crossing it.

alright i managed to fix mine i think (at least dont feel it anymore)
basically put ur settings to med, an i had to go from 1440p to 1080p. works now. - i put everything on med even things it leaves on high. try it

Hey guys, I've benn having an issue the last 2 weeks: I have framerate limited to 60 fps, but even having enough GPU power (it's around 50% usage) the game is always throwing 56-57 fps don't know why. Somebody with the same issue?

what happens it you dont Limit the fps? from my experience vsync results in a laggier Performance.

No problem bro, it´s never been a solution for my part, its just a "test" information.
