MyLeague crashes on April 8th

Hi guys. I have a problem: I'm playing a 29-games MyLeague with Lakers and the game crashes to desktop with no error message when date reaches April 8th.

The game is updated via Steam and MyLeague savefile loads correctly.
I don't have a game scheduled on that date, but when simulate it always crashes at this point. Set rest day or set practice, no matter what, I can't pass April 8. Simulating through a later date or day by day, no luck, it crashes. I have no injuries on my roster, nor any unusual circumstance.

I was using the default 2K roster and a few mods (nbaball and global with sweat and realistic net), but it also crashes when deleting waiga folder. I also tried to load another Draft Class, but game crashes too. Tried to change the user-controlled team, crashes as well.

I have only one game remaining and good odds to take a good draft lottery pick

Any clues or tricks to go throught that date?

Ouch, that's a frustrating one. It sounds like you've gone through a lot of the usual troubleshooting steps/process of elimination, but it hasn't yielded any helpful clues as yet. Something else you could try would be to start a new 29 game MyLEAGUE with the latest roster and sim through to the same date to see if it crashes. If not, there might be a roster issue (whether or not it's something you can manually correct is something to be determined), or a corruption/bug in the save file (in which case you're probably out of luck, unfortunately).

If the crash still occurs in a new game with the latest roster it's back to the drawing board, but it would at least suggest that your save file hasn't been damaged in some way, and that something else is causing the issue.

Simmed a new MyLeague, did not crash.

Have you edited any player in your roster? Using any Editor?

No, I didn't edit any player in any roster.
Loading another draft class was one of the first things I tried, because I actually edited a couple of players in the loaded one. In fact, I tried some user-created draft classes (no success) and later I tried to auto-generate one, then load into MyLeague. Always crashed.

All is fine now: After simulating a new season (not crashing this time), then trade some players and picks, I am more or less where should be in my second season
