NBA 2K19 MyCareer 100% Stuck

Hello everyone. I hope this thread is in line with the rules (my first post).
I thought I'd create this to help anyone else who runs into this issue and as I'm struggling with it myself, I thought this may help anyone who may face this.
Firstly the issue is, some hairstyles in mycareer are causing people's game to crash. When attempting to load from the main menu, the character is invisible and the load gets stuck at 100%.

I and many others (on all platforms) have contacted 2K Support, and there response is this:

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues where your game freezes upon reaching 100% when loading into your MyCAREER save file. No worries, we can certainly help with this!

Before we go any further, we just wanted to mention that we've gotten word from the development team that this issue is likely caused by a certain hairstyle. They're currently looking into the issue, and it should be resolved in a future patch. Please stay tuned via Twitter where all updates regarding patches will be released!

We've also found a potential workaround for this issue, while the dev team works on resolving this through a patch, however, it requires having a friend work with you on this. In order to execute the workaround, please pair up with a friend, and follow these steps:

- Have a friend invite you to Ante-Up.
- Exit Ante-Up and proceed to change your hairstyle completely.

Thanks for the heads up on that issue and the workaround. Hopefully a hotfix can be pushed through ASAP.
