Especially infuriating is that he says "only so much we can do" as if there is something being done at all. Unless they actually added some anti-cheat this year, but in that case I'd expect a victory dance.

He's probably not the best person to talk about that stuff, not being a developer or programmer. Still, essentially addressing the situation with a shrug of the shoulders is rather frustrating.

This is why I like the idea of having private matchmaking. If you can find enough guys, then you can have some real fun without too much worry.
At least that is my hypothesis.

I wish the 2K PC community was more conducive to building good relationships. In my experience (in the US) I haven't really found many cool guys to run with. I honestly gave up in 2K18 and focused more on helping the guys at NLSC with offline modes.

Well, you're right but 2K servers'speed has too be improved too.
I've got a solid fiber connection, but their servers are slow.

Anyone want to organise anything when the game cones out? There has to be a good few guys here who we can trust not to cheat right?

Hopefully the game is better optimized for Radeon then it was last year

I still remember 2K16 where VC was free for the first day. I got myself like 2 Million just because I did not want to risk it, if they somehow billed me later and nothing happened obviously. They are complete and utter Amateurs over there and they give a flying fuck about the PC-Version.

The only reason they bother with a PC Version is CHINA! And sadly thats also where 90% of the Cheaters are from.

Basically, 2k just gave us all a big finger in the face face. They’ve done nothing about the cheating for 4 years. And then they have the gall to charge for vc and make it brutally difficult to grind. I got the message loud and clear. My entertainment options are virtually limitless - HBO, Netflix, Amazon Prime, AMC $5 Tuesday movie tickets, free Amazon Kindle books, Spotify music, Fallout 76, other video games. Video game b-ball used to be a big part of my life - thanks for the hours you’ve freed up in my schedule.

Add me on steam : supermoore1025 if anyone want to play when it is release. I can't stand cheaters and it's hard finding reliable people to play against on pc compared to console.
