Also, a couple of things to keep in mind...

What IS a bug

A mode or feature that isn't working as intended. This includes issues such as game crashes, data not saving (or being suddenly erased), non-functioning menus, weird behaviour and glitches during gameplay, and the like.

What ISN'T a bug

Anything that's working as intended, but you simply don't like or agree with. This includes player ratings that you disagree with, a feature you don't care for, an outdated face/hairstyle, and so forth. That's all valid feedback, but they aren't bugs, so they don't belong in this topic. Feel free to post them in other topics discussing feedback about NBA 2K19.

BUG 1
Bug description: My user character's hairstyle and facial hair keeps defaulting back to basic buzz cut and no facial hair.
I have set him to have a beard and a natural afro (hair length at the max). It resets during every cut scene.

BUG 2
Bug description: When your scout asks you to pick which college/international players you want to scout, you can see every player's overall rating while choosing when you right click on them.

1. Can't see or download community-uploaded nor self-uploaded logos when creating team designs;

2. Can't use alternative jersey for user-created teams, there is just no option when you 'Y', even though I did design it.

Appreciate the reports, but in the future, please use the template in the first post (copy, paste, and fill in). The clearer and more consistent the presentation, the easier it is to compile the feedback.

When restoring in game saves, game restores to earlier point.

Playing a MyLeague game.

Save and quit, for example at the start of play 3rd Q.

Exit game. Start game. Load MyLeague (go to MyLeague)

Game loads, but it's with 1:42 remaining in the 2nd quarter.

This doesn't happen every time. But it happens about 509% of the time.

Bug description:
Retro Shorts length incorrect for some players on most if not all the 90s Chicago Bulls retro teams. Focusing on the Michael Jordan Bulls teams, some players shorts are the incorrect length during games although they show up correctly in the individual player edit screen. If you edit Michael Jordan on the 91 Bulls from the roster edit screen, his shorts show the correct length but when you actually play with the 91 Bulls, MJ's shorts are long (modern length). Same for all the starters. The bench players seem to have the correct length which makes me think shorts length are tied to individual players. This problem exists for other 90s retro teams (ie Karl Malone, John Stockton, Utah Jazz).

Bug description:
Can't do age editing on historical draft class. It give some negative number and I only can select 2 or 3 numbers.

Bug description:
Controller settings not saving: Always back to defaults.

Enter Controller Settings.
Change anything (i.e., Vibration on/off, shot mode to player %, etc).
Go back, play a game and/or exit game.
Run game again.
Enter Controller Settings: They are default again (not saved).

Try saving AFTER the 3rd Qtr has started; I mean: put the ball inbounds, let the player receive the ball, walk for a couple of seconds, then exit and save.

Can't control players/team in ONLINE MODES ONLY. (Myteam Siingeplayer 3on3 and all offline modes, playnow, 2KU, blacktop work normally)

I can't control my damn player or team. Not even able to pause the game anymore. with controller or keyboard. nothing happens, I'm forced to leave the game via taskmgr. In PlayNow online when connected to another player I can't navigate through the matchups, substitutions, jerseys etc. Nothing happens when I press any botton on controller or keyboard. Thought it can't be a consistent issue that's why I restarted and tried again and again and got so many defeats because of that i get nuts Playing 2K since 2K9 and it's the most outraging bug EVER

Bug description: Occasional CTD (Crash To Desktop/Dashboard)

Game Mode: IIRC happened only in MyCareer, but haven't played too much of other modes yet

Any additional information (steps to reproduce, etc): Let me know if Xbox One somehow produces any crash logs. So far what I can recall is that the game typically crashed when loading into NBA game in MyCareer.

Bug description:

Not letting me load up my MyLeague.

Started the game.

Went over to MyLeague

"File corrupted. Unable to load."

Bug Description- game freezes and crashes to desktop, After playing, restarted the game. game un-installs itself, had to re-install. (very weird), Also, the nets have disappeared on both rims. See below.

Additonal info- This game is giving me the flux. I can't get past the 1st qtr, without a freeze or crash. It using happens right after a cutscreen. I've re-installed 3 times, and the problem still exists. Waiting to hear back from 2K support.

BUMP : It's really related to OFFLINE mode ; it works online. It seems that the game wants to check the badword dictionnary but offline mode has no internet access, there's no error, but no save

Good looking out. That's certainly an oversight in the save system.

Bug description:

CTD when no head coach in staff

Take Bulls, Fire Hoiberg (this is the basis ), dont replace head coach, ignore warning message that you must hire a HC, and try to start/simulate a game.

Happened to me and found the solution:

When enter the online pre-game menu, the game takes the FIRST controller attached to the PC. In my case, I found the game thinks I have a 16-axis or somewhat besides my Xbox360 controller, and takes the fake one as the main controller. Well, this "fake" controller was a remote control I use for Kodi. If I unplug its receiver, I can play perfectly online.

And the same applies to the inconsistent save settings bug: In my case, controller settings and camera settings were not permanently saved. After unplugging the "fake" controller, everything works as expected.

Couple of MyCAREER bugs to report.

Bug #1

Bug description: Baskets don't count in far end of MyCOURT

Platform (PlayStation 4/Xbox One): PS4

Game Mode: MyCAREER

Any additional information (steps to reproduce, etc): When shooting around at the far end of the court, baskets never count, even when they go in. There are also no sound effects.

Bug #2

Bug description: Game crashes when saving MyPLAYER Appearance

Platform (PlayStation 4/Xbox One): PS4

Game Mode: MyCAREER -> MyPLAYER Appearance Menu

Any additional information (steps to reproduce, etc): When saving the changes in the MyPLAYER Appearance menu, the game crashes to the dashboard. The changes are saved when I go back into the game, but I can't exit the Appearance menu without the game crashing. Assigning animations and so forth works fine and doesn't cause any crashes.

Where are you when doing the appearance menu? MyCOURT or Neighborhood?

Neighborhood.

Bug description: Generic bald players on MyCareer. Some players(like Tatum, Bazmore, Hardaway jr.) on MyCareer suddenly became generic(bald and looks the same as the other generic players just different skin tones) in the middle of the season. I restarted the game a lot of times but to no avail. Any ideas how to fix this?

Just to be sure - as it's important to determine with the PC version - are you using the Codex version, or any mods with the Steam version?
