Help about optimization

Hello friends.

I have a Intel I5 4460 3.2 GHz processor
12 GB RAM
and Sapphire AMD R7 265 2 GB 256 Bit GPU

so how could I play the game with good settings? What should I do?

what would you all recommend for graphic settings?

Your card is actually better than an R280X.

I think you could get away with medium settings, but with textures on high. AMD cards seem to work better overall with 2K games over the last few years (as in, more of the cards seem to work better, but some Nvidia cards knock it out of the park).

Mess with your settings, but I'd recommend keeping Vsync on.

I was looking at a different site (GPU BOSS). My bad. They give the R7 265 a 7.3 and the R9 280x a 7.0. User benchmark site is more accurate.

But yeah. Medium settings (you may get away with textures on high).

Do you really need all of that AA? I have mine at 4 just so ALL cutscenes and everything else always stays at 60fps, and I don't notice any difference really from 4 and 8. In fact, the videos I have uploaded to youtube with 4 (And everything else maxed out), has gotten compliments because of the quality. I also play on a 50 inch tv, and it looks awesome.

You can keep that the way you have it if you want, just an idea for something you can try if you want to improve the FPS to 60 throughout any in game processes.

This is without graphics mods (Default global). AA at 4, everything else maxed out.

Anti-aliasing makes no difference on the court. It is pretty much just for lettering on different screens, like your menu screen.

I'd switch aa lower than current,and also set up the graphic settings all high..

so would it be good to play "smooth" ?

When I put AA at 0, the jaggies are all over the place. Including on the players, I basically notice it everywhere (lettering, dornas, backboards, players, etc). With it at 4, I don't notice it at all.

Same with Fallout 4 and Witcher 3. I notice shimmering amd jaggies it seems everywhere with it at 0.
