I need some info about 2K19

1) Will Historical teams remain? Will they add new ones and new players?
2) How fast programms for modding will be ready? The one that u can export files and the one that u can change cf?
3) Cf of 2k18 can be used at 2k19?

Historical teams remain. They haven't announced any new ones this year, so for the moment we can assume no new ones have been added. They may have licensed some additional players for existing teams, but again, nothing's been said either way.

There's no way of knowing anything about modding until the game is out and people have had a chance to look at the files, so it's impossible to answer those questions at this time.

Nothing's been mentioned as yet. My assumption is they're out again this year.
