NBA 2K19 won't launch if 2K20 installed

Hi guys,
I don't know where to put this so i'm sorry in advance.
I've just got 2K20 and I wanted to go on 2K19 to check some animations i've equipped on my previous character and 2K19 didn't launch. So I tried to check files but it did nothing. Did this happens to you too ? how can I launch 2K19 without deleting 2K20 and re download 100Go

This is NBA 2K19 troubleshooting, so I'll move it there.
I've had no trouble launching NBA 2K19 with NBA 2K20 installed. Basically, there's no way that should happen as they're not connected in any way from a technical standpoint, so the issue must lie elsewhere. If you've got any mods installed, that'd be the place to start troubleshooting. Otherwise, there might've been an issue at Steam's end, or it could've just been taking a while to verify the files.
