NBA 2K19 MY TEAM HOF BADGES

Hi guys.
I am seeing all these players on the auction house with extra HOF badges and I was wondering if someone knows how to do it.
If someone can tell me I'd really appreciate it.
P.S.:I know that some cards were glitched back when the glitch happened when the cards disappeared.

it's not an hack bc it's only a visual glitch, but you can sell it at an higher price.
