Can I run NBA 2K19?

Hi sorry for a basic question. But I am thinking of buying NBA2K19 from steam but I need to know if it can run on my laptop along with the optimal settings I can use for a good gameplay. My specs are below:

Intel i5 8th gen
Radeon RX 540 2GB
4GB RAM
