Invisible MyCareer Player

Hello guys, I need some help on MyCareer.

I just got the game and went to start a MyCareer profile. Unfortunately, the player was invisible. I tried changing the hairstyle, re-installing and turning off my antivirus, but it still kept being invisible.
Is there something I can do?
