The work around for this is once you have it to your satisfaction rename the PNG and face ID (9005 or whichever one you're editing) of that file to one that isn't being used. Also delete the PNG and Face files that you started editing from the modded folder. For example if you use 9005 as your base that you want to edit, just rename the png9005 & face9005 to let's say png6122 & face6122 then drop the into your modded folder then delete face & png9005 from the modded folder.

What all would need to be done to add a custom texture to the face itself? Like say I wanted to replace the CAP face with my own face, would I just need to edit one of the files in photoshop, or would I need to do things in Blender as well?

That’s correct just find the corresponding face files and add your custom textures and put the face files in your modded folder if you want to edit the model in blender you can but then you have to actually assign that model using the linmo trainer

Thanks for the quick reply. Is it just the face_color file that needs to be edited? I've seen the tutorial videos on modifying face attributes in blender (ear size, nose, etc), but nothing on actually replacing the texture to make a face more accurate or replacing it altogether.
