Question - Blender (NBA script Activating)

I have struggled continuously to load the NBA 2k importer script into Blender, i placed it in the program files/blender/script and loaded into blender, but just can't seem to know how to activate this script, i went into the user perferences/add ons/

tried repeatedly to install it but nothing happens, and it doesn't appear on the right can somebody provide any help?
