I'd just hold out for midnight because using VPN can get you banned and also european versions of the game cannot be played on non-euro vpn's.

Well, 2K seems to have screwed this up again and we get no support. It's 1 AM here in Sweden Steam tells me the game unlocks in 4 hours. What the heck?
