Custom/Created Team Arenas

For some reason, 2K still hasn't fixed the crowd in seats next to or in between the scoring table, the crowd being too far from the actual court, causing a bunch of spacing issues between the players and sideline seats, and they still haven't fixed the .com issue or custom logos for the branding on the benches. Are there any suggestions for any of these?
