Controller Vibration

What is everyone's thoughts on this years vibration. For some reason I only get them at the end of cut scenes. When I played nba 2k18 prelude on my xbox one, i got vibrations every time the ball bounced and it was very satisfying. Is anyone able to get controller vibrations on the PC (Steam) version. I've tried turning on/off the vibration in the settings, but its nothing compared to the xbox one version. Can we create a mod that intensifies the controller vibration of something? Anyone else having vibration issues?
