Lakers Front Star Player

Guys Can you help me figure this out?
I assign LeBron to Lakers.
Meaning he is the Star Player.
but if i go to Main Menu to Choose Team still Julius Randle is the Front Image even LeBron is in the Starting 5.
And When I try to Released Julius Randle, the front Star is Brandon Ingram and Not LeBron.
hope you can help me. Thank you

By default 2k assigns the best player on the team who originally was on the team the display portrait. As far as I know, nothing can be done about this. Traded players and free agent signings will never display the portrait on the team select screen.
