A problem has been encountered that prevents gameplay

Hey Guys , I really could use some help here..

Whenever i play myteam (multiplayer), single games or certain games in myplayer the game stops after a while and i get this message: "A problem has been encountered that prevents gameplay from continuing. This game will not be counted"..

I tried multiple things:

-allow different ports
-different internet connections
-changes settings for crowd and media
-checked firewall settings..

i really feel ripped of by 2k. Could it have to do with the fact that i am in Sweden and not in the USA ? no idea.. but the game starts and then a short while after the tip off it stops. Almost as if 2k doesnt allow

It sounds like a case of 2K's unsatisfactory servers to me. It's been a little better on PS4 this year, but online support for PC is still very hit and miss at best.

this problem is solved.. had to remove my modded files but a new error code came up Error code 923b16b7

Corrupted original files, perhaps?

2k is looking at it... surprisingly fast respons. thanks bro
