2K18 Prelude achievements [mild MyCareer spoilers]

As I've marked the thread to contain spoilers I think it's not necessary to use the spoiler tag.

• You've Got The Look - Create Your MyPLAYER.
• Devil is in the Details - Register for The Proving Ground.
• I Make This Look Good - Select a jumpshot for your MyPLAYER.
• It'll Last Longer - Take a picture of the Air Jordan XXXII shoe.
• Y'all Ready For This? - Play your first game in The Proving Ground tournament.
• Movin' On Up - Play in the Showdown Game at the end of The Proving Ground event.
• Hey Guys! - Get interviewed by Rachel for 2KTV after the Showdown Game.
• Don't Call it a Comeback - Get an NBA tryout.
• Not Gonna Waste My Shot - Complete the tryout with an NBA team.
• Pinch Me - Get the big text from your agent.

So it's pretty safe to say that this year we'll be undrafted (again), participate in a tournament and then get NBA tryout. The "big text" is pretty obviously "you just got a contract".

As far as story goes, I do not have too many objections as I've actually liked 2K15's story. I definitely liked it more than 2K16's (then again, it's not a particularly high bar to clear) and while I liked 2K17's story too, I thought 2K15 was more fitting.

I liked NBA 2K17's approach where you didn't have to slog through too much story to get to the meat of the mode. I'm hoping it'll be the same this year, though it's sounding like there could be a lot of stuff to get through before you get to the NBA. Not so much of an issue if you're playing through The Prelude, of course, but it could be a bit of a hassle on PC.

It's also sounding a bit like The Rise portion of The One in NBA Live 18.

That's the feeling I've been getting reading about 2K so far

I'm sure some people might miss the college aspect of MyCAREER, but I'm actually kind of glad they've moved in a different direction. As fun as that was, the limited amount of schools they could license in turn limited your choice of college for your MyPLAYER.
