WNBA question

When they say the the WNBA teams are only usable in 'play now' mode, does that mean it's really only for exhibition mode? Or is it like FIFA where you can use them as well in a fake "tournament" mode?

that's the only mode the complete teams are available to play in. Some team gear is available for your player and court creation and some individual players are unlockable for your squad as well. It's a shame, but they've said that they're probably going to do a full "the league" treatment in The One for women next year

Same goes for NBA Live 19. I'd like to see them change that with NBA Live 20.

Ok, cool. I just figured it might be like FIFA where they technically can only be used in Exhibition mode, but if you're willing to play a tournament that isn't anything like any women's tournament that exists, you can still play their own little EA Women's Tournament.
Shame. I hope 2K20 at least gives you a playable tournament/playoff mode with all the WNBA teams. Great league. Great hoops.
