I made a tutorial on how to convert cyberfaces from NBA 2K21, 2K20, 2K19 and 2K18 to 2K17, as the process is MOSTLY the same for all those types of conversion.
Note: I didn't realize until after the recording that the mouse pointer was hidden.... you should still have a good idea of where I am clicking around and what I am doing, but feel free to ask any questions.
Make sure you are using Blender 2.82!
Included below is a conversion pack I put together, which includes Trevors Hair_Swap tool (And a note on where that needs to be located), the blender plugins (In case you didn't have them... I believe I included the only ones you would need), and my 2K18 to 2K17 faces that you can use for your base on each face. You can ALWAYS grab the skin color for the face from other players and alter the appearance file to make the body match, so just keep that in mind if one of my conversions doesn't give you the exact skin tone you want for a given player.

In the video, I actually converted a face I really needed for my roster, so this killed two birds with one stone. I may have gone a little fast on the video as I was trying to fit it into my lunch, so sorry for jumping around a bit. SOMETIMES the eyes don't need much editing (sometimes they just need to be moved into play), this one was one of the more complicated ones, but I think it was good for you to see.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
