Need help for backcourt ball, Ultra-long three-pointers in CE

Someone posted this on 3DMGame which is a Chinese forum website. I don't understand some of their comment that is why i posted it here. I think this is very interesting if someone here could possibly analyze the screenshot. He said the default setting for long three is 0.5, he modified it to 1.0 to make a basket.
