1. Launch WinRAR
2. Locate from Winrar Explorer SYNC.BIN file
3. Utility-> Repair an Archive
4. Repair as zip
5. It will create a new .zip file of around 150mb
6. Open this this with 7-zip et voila! Look at all updated stuff
