Instruction
Use Limnono's Mod importing tool
put this in the "waigua" folder
Start up MyCareer and then you will have it

Good question. Unfortunately 2k14 gyms/ arenas cant be converted for use in 2K17.

Bummer, not asking for a personal request but would it be possible to make HS Gyms like yours for 2K17? Maybe use the 2 HS Gyms in 2K17 as a base? Or possibly using Jaosming tutorial for 2K14 for 2K17?

The techniques used in 2K14 don't really apply to 2K17.

Yes. Very possible. Just take the blacktop court, rename it to whatever team's ID you want, and then just move the teams floor file down.
