I skipped 2k15 and 2k16 cause my PC was weak back then

Now I've upgraded, can we change the jukebox in 2k17 like in 2k14?

In NBA 2k16, we were able to use Gregs Explorer tool to replace all the songs on the jukebox. When a patch went through for the game, you would just have to verify the game cache in order to get the game going again, it would just kick out all the music you added and you would have to replace the songs again. It worked really well actually. I posted a video tutorial in the tutorials section of 2K16 if you want to have a look.

We should be able to do this again as long as Greg/TBM are around to make the tool again... crossing my fingers.

do we use the same tools asap when 2k17 comes out and work or wait for a 2k17 version?

Also hoping for a customized keyboard support, heard 2k16 doesnt have one initially (?, dunno if it was fixed) my hands hurts after an hour or 2 with a controller, keyboard doesnt affect me with 15 hours of use.

There's always the possibility we'll have to wait for new tools, but I'm sure we'll be giving the existing ones a try to see whether or not they do still work in the short term.

it looks like the majority of legends' faces have been updated this year to include current gen textures. the recreation isn't the greatest from 2k, but at least ya'll have the new textures to work with now.

That's great news. Can you tell if they are using the same format as last year with the files? I am really hoping that last years players body types/faces can be used in this years game.

Lol, the game's not out yet. Even if there are early copies, those are only for console because PC has no physical release.

Since I don't have the game, now that it's released, what do the files look like?

Don't know yet. It hasn't been unlocked.

Mine is all pre-loaded and ready to go. But the status of it is still "unreleased".

Also, can someone with the downloaded PC version send a screenshot of the main file folder? That way we can see if the format is the same?

I don't see the 2k17 folder yet even though I have the full pre download. I'm guessing once the game is unlocked I will see the correct folder.
