cyberface conversions do not show up correctly in NBA 2K18.
R4zor created an NBA 2K18 cyberface for Liangelo Ball, you may want to see if he will release his work.

I will try to do a cyberface for this game at some point. Not sure if it work. I haven't done mods in this game in 2 years.
