Curious, do you still play 2K17? Will you be using the roster when it's released? I know you love classic NBA, so just wondering.

I haven't played it in some time, but I do still have it installed, so it's an option.

Thoughts on this 66-67 Wilt Chamberlain?

I converted the younger one from 2K18, followed by adding a goatee. The 3D goatee didn't come over correctly, im going to PM Trevor about that, it may need it's own tool. I got the 3D goatee on him, but when he opened his mouth it was detached.

Anyway, I still think this came out really good and accurate for 66-67, what do you guys think? It took me the last 3 hours between the conversion, shrinkwrapping, editing the body, working on the texture, etc. His arms were incredibly long, so I think he looks pretty realistic in that full body screen.

Definitely looks era appropriate, nice job! Just a matter of figuring out the model issues, hopefully.

Hey,

When I did cheat engine stuff for you in the past, we didn't compensate for the courts that the game updated in sync.bin. you have to assign the courts you mentioned floors that are not being used, like the college courts, and you have to do that via cheat engine.

NOTE: These screens do not include the default classic teams, which are filled accurately and completely intact. The current NBA teams are overwritten, and the euroleague slots are overwritten. No clutter or loose teams exist in the roster, the teams not in use are hidden. The roster is 100% compatible with MyLeague and Play Now, and one mod pack will be able to be used for all three of my rosters (Once the other two are updated). This will give you guys LOADS of classic content to use.

I'm going to complete the 06-07 Warriors, 07-08 Wizards, 07-08 Jazz, and the 85-86 76ers before release. Will still possible do the 08-09 Blazers and if slots exist the 11-12 Knicks.

Note: I also figured out how to make names NOT change when editing a roster (through Cheat Engine), the problem was the fact that if a name wasn't in the name bank (example, Gambee), his name would change when you when to save the roster or edit another player.

I also figured out how to remove a name audio ID In cheat engine, and add names to the name bank.

Last note: All head coaches throughout the roster have accurate names now, and real cyberfaces or lookalikes, from Stan Albeck to Phil Jackson, they are all covered. PeacemanNot did this for me before for classic teams going back to 1986, and the V1 new classic teams. I figured out how to do it myself this time around and did all the rest of the default classic teams and all the new V2 teams.

Had a couple amazing games last night, in the process of uploading a highlight video of one of them, I think you guys will like what you see.

Had a really fun, exciting game last night. Human vs human, I'm the TrailBlazers here.

09-10 Suns vs 86-87 TrailBlazers, two new teams that will be in V2. Some seriously awesome highlights in this one, and it was a close game. It was the first season game, so the effort was high.

I've made a final decision after wrestling with the idea for a week or so.

I'll be releasing after the following teams are added:


62-63 Celtics - Cousy deserves representation in this roster, and this team not only won the title, but they had Russell, Cousy, Sam Jones, John Havlicek, Tom Heinsohn and Frank Ramsey. No brainer.

85-86 Rockets - The twin towers made the finals this season, and a healthy, young Ralph Sampson deserves representation in this roster.

90-91 Jazz - I'd like a younger, more athletic Karl Malone and John Stockton, and this is an opportunity to get Blue Edwards, Jeff Malone and Mark Eaton on a team. This team will be a blast to use.

07-08 Wizards - Just because it's been requested so often

06-07 Warriors - Because they were a blast to watch, and amazing to use in video games. You guys will love them.


Working on the 62-63 Celtics and 85-86 Rockets when I get home from work this week.

***And FYI - I made an accurate 09-10 Suns floor, as the one in the video above was the games floor and inaccurate.

I only have John Lucas left to create for the 85-86 Rockets, followed by doing the sigs/tendencies/attributes for the players. The court, logo, 3D uniform, jerseys etc are all done.

After I'm 100% done with the 85-86 Rockets, I am going to put together the 62-63 Celtics.

I decided that Im releasing after these 3 teams are finished. I can add the 07-08 Wizards, 07-08 Hornets etc in a V3. Its stressing me out how much I am making you guys wait.

*Note, the players ratings/tendencies/badges etc are not completed in the 3 screens below, I havnt started them yet. The team logo is done and the players are on the teams.

Good news.

I went through my all time teams roster tonight to see if any conflicts exist (portraits, faces, team art etc), and there are 0 conflicts. Safe to say after adding a few players to that roster, that will also get a V2.

Went through my draft roster, and that also has 0 conflicts. All I have to do is add 28 already made portraits, and some players that should be in the roster, and update some players who need to be better In the roster (Like Giannis). I'll also be able to convert and add the important rookies from 2K18, so that will be cool.

The final player I needed to create for the 85-86 Rockets, John Lucas.




The 85-86 Rockets are 100% done. I finished the 62-63 Celtics, with the exception of three faces that I have to make.





Learned how to change accessory colors, was able to correct the 66-67 Nuggets (most of the time they wore yellow or light blue headbands on the road)
